| Please be in prayer for Bill Henning's 5 year old niece Kaitlyn Hamrick who has been in the hospital for seven weeks with mysterious blood clots that have the doctors baffled. . .An archive page was added for Spring 1998. . . A new and improved "Welcome Page" was added to the UXH and the colors and main page were tweaked for a nicer look. . .The calendar and "New history" pages were removed from the main page. |

| Many of you have been having trouble accessing the Upsilon Homepage. The problem we are currently experiencing is a "DNS Propagation problem." When you type an address into your browser, your browser goes to a list of locations called a "DNS Table" to determine where to go to find that particular address. Each internet service provider has to update its tables on a regular basis (most do it weekly.) There is nothing more I can do about the problem. The next time your ISP updates its DNS Table, you will once again have full access to The UXH. . . . . The UXH is now decorated for Christmas. |

Dr. Warren's name has been added to the list of prominent alumni and he has provided updated information for the archive page to complete the record for the fall of 1992 (a photo of Gil Medina was also added to that page.) Dr. Warren was the brother who thought up the "middleman" hand signal. |

| The Upsilon Xi Homepage changes its internet address to www.upsilonxi.com. The new change will take effect immediately, but may not be accessible to everyone for a couple of days. There may be several errors on the page and other items may not load properly for a while. . .The Archive pages may not be accessible either. . .In the short term, loading the page will take longer. . .The chatroom has been deactivated. . .The UXH Newsletter #8 has been sent out. |

| Upsilon Xi's 35th Anniversary at Homecoming '97 was an incredible success!! There were over two hundred people in attendence at the saturday morning reunion breakfast, including over 125 alumni. Thanks to all of the alumni who made sacrifices to attend. In the next two weeks, I will publish a complete report (once I get the photos developed and scanned) for those of you who missed the reunion and for the majority of us who attended, but just can't get enough. . . .
